How to Initiate a Return

  3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available. To exchange for a different product, please complete a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
